What are the arrival and departure times?

We welcome you from 4:00 p.m. and we ask you to leave your room before 11:00 a.m. If you require a late check-out, please contact reception. A supplement may be requested.

Is there an Internet connection in the hotel?

All rooms and common areas offer wireless Internet access.

🐾 Are pets allowed in the hotel?

The Dune Hotel has rooms specially designed to accommodate our animal friends, with tiled floors instead of carpets and a ground floor for easy access. Information at reception. We have provided a separate area in the breakfast room where guests can have breakfast with their four-legged friend.

Do you have rooms equipped for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, we have some rooms which are fully adapted. To find out their availability, please contact reception

I am traveling with young children, do you have cots?

We do not have baby cots, but you can bring your own.

🅿️ Is there parking on site?

At the Dune Hotel, you will have covered and secure parking with direct access to the hotel. For all customers who have booked a stay on our website or directly with the hotel, there is no additional charge for a parking space. (One parking space per room). 

If you booked your stay outside of our website or reception, parking is paid and available by reservation only. Please contact the reception for more information.

Can I charge my electric car at the hotel?

Yes, our parking area has electric vehicle charging stations. This service is available for an extra fee. We recommend checking with the reception upon arrival for rates and availability.

Is breakfast included in the room price?

If you booked your stay through our website or the reception, breakfast is automatically included.
For stays booked via another platform, we recommend checking the terms and conditions to see if breakfast is included.

☕ Can I have breakfast at the Dune Hotel if I am not a Dune Hotel guest?

It is entirely possible to enjoy our wonderful breakfast buffet even if you are not a guest at the Dune Hotel.

Is there a bar at the hotel?

The Dunes bar welcomes you every day from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. for a coffee break or an evening aperitif.

Is there a restaurant at the Dune Hotel?

The restaurant, located on level -1 of the hotel, welcomes you for your meals. Reservations are recommended. You can find all information about the restaurant, opening days, and the menu directly on the website: The Dunes.

🏖️ How far is the hotel from the beach?

The beach is 150 meters from the hotel, just a 2-minute walking distance.

Is the hotel close to public transport?

The hotel is 10 meters from the “Sint-Bernardusplein” tram stop.

Can I book for a group?

It is entirely possible to book for a group. We invite you to contact us directly so that we can offer you the solution best suited to your request.
