Official Contest Rules – Dune Hotel Celebrates Its 3rd Anniversary!
1. Organizer
This contest is organized by Dune Hotel, located at Nieuwlandplein 1, 8620 Nieuwpoort, Belgium.

2. Contest Name and Purpose
Contest Name: Dune Hotel's 3rd Anniversary – Win One of 3 Stays
To celebrate the third anniversary of Dune Hotel, participants have the opportunity to win one of three stays offered as prizes.
3. Prizes
Three winners will be selected.
Each winner will receive:
- 1 night for 2 people
- In a Double Deluxe Dune View room
- Breakfast included
The stay is valid until December 31, 2026, subject to availability and excluding public holidays.
Approximate value of each prize: €200.
Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
4. Eligibility and Participation
The contest is open to all individuals aged 18 years or older.
Only one entry per person and per email address is permitted.
Participation is free of charge and must be completed exclusively through the online form available on the Dune Hotel website.
Incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent entries will be declared invalid.
5. Contest Period

Contest closing date: July 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM
Prize draw: July 13, 2026
Entries submitted after the closing date and time will not be considered.
6. Winner Selection
The three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the contest period.
Winners will be contacted by email using the address provided during registration.
If a winner does not respond within 7 calendar days of the notification email, the organizer reserves the right to conduct a new draw and select an alternative winner.
7. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
Participation in the contest requires subscribing to the Dune Hotel newsletter.
By participating, you agree to receive commercial communications, news, promotional offers, and invitations from Dune Hotel.
The personal data collected will be used exclusively for:
- Managing the contest;
- Selecting and contacting the winners;
- Sending the Dune Hotel newsletter.
Personal data will be retained until the participant unsubscribes from the newsletter or requests deletion of their data.
In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), participants have the right to access, correct, restrict, object to, and delete their personal data.

8. Modification or Cancellation of the Contest
Dune Hotel reserves the right to modify, extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time in the event of force majeure or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
No compensation may be claimed in such cases.

The organizer shall not be held liable for technical issues, internet failures, data loss, or any other event that may interfere with the proper operation of the contest.
10. Acceptance of the Rules
Participation in this contest implies full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.
The rules are available free of charge on the Dune Hotel website throughout the duration of the contest.
