Official Contest Rules – Dune Hotel, Nieuwpoort
1. Organizer
The contest is organized by Dune Hotel**, located at Nieuwlandplein 1, 8620 Nieuwpoort, Belgium.

2. Contest Name and Purpose
Contest Name: Dune Hotel Contest – Win a Stay
The purpose of the contest is to give participants the chance to win a 2-night stay for 2 people at Dune Hotel.
3. Prize
The winner will receive:
- A 2-night stay for 2 people in a Deluxe Dune View double room including breakfast.
- Valid in 2026, excluding public holidays.
- Approximate value: €400.
The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.
4. Eligibility
- The contest is open to all adults, regardless of nationality.
- Only one entry per person is allowed.
- Participation is free and must be done exclusively via the online form on the Dune Hotel website.
- Incomplete or non-compliant entries will be excluded.
5. Contest Dates
- Start of the contest: Monday, 24 November 2025
- End of the contest: Thursday, 18 December 2025 at 23:59
- Winner drawing: Friday, 19 December 2025
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries.
- The winner will be contacted by email at the address provided during registration.
- If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new draw may be conducted to select another winner.
7. Data Protection and Newsletter Subscription (GDPR)
Participation in the contest is conditional on subscribing to the Dune Hotel newsletter. By subscribing, you consent to receive commercial information, offers, and promotions from the hotel.
- Collected email addresses will be used exclusively for:
- Managing your participation in the contest,
- Sending the Dune Hotel newsletter.
- Email addresses of participants subscribed to the newsletter will be kept until they unsubscribe.
- In accordance with GDPR, each participant has the right to access, correct, and delete their personal data. To exercise this right, contact: info@dunehotel.be.
⚠️ Participants not subscribed to the newsletter will not be eligible for the draw.
8. Modification and Cancellation
The organizer reserves the right to modify, shorten, or cancel the contest in case of force majeure or exceptional circumstances. No compensation may be claimed in such cases.
